Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; lithified, concretionary, shelly/skeletal, brown, gray, cherty/siliceous limestone and chert

• limestone, dark gray, mostly fine-grained, bedding up to 1 ft, 75% reddish-brown weathering chert in nodules and beds occassional streaks of coarse fossil debris such as criquina.

Preservation: replaced with silica
