Environment/lithology: marine; mudstone

• Argillaceous lithofacies is dominated by thinly bedded to massive shales and mudstones, interbedded with minor tuffaceous siltstones, sandstones, or pebbly sandstone layers and locally with thin limestone lenses. Slightly metamorphosed and deformed locally.

Size class: macrofossils

Preservation: cast, mold/impression, original calcite, replaced with pyrite
