Environment/lithology: terrestrial; coarse-grained sandstone and concretionary, gray, green mudstone

• General notes from Stockley (1932): K6, Lower Bone Bed. Thick-bedded, coarse, gritty, current-bedded sandstone often containing reptilian bones, and marls or greenish and grey mudstones with several seams of nodular limestone, also frequently containing fossil bones. Also fossil wood (Dadoxylon).
