Taxonomic list

• Taxonomic list in Mors 2002 is presented as a composite between this collection and Frechen mine. As a result I've put most of the stuff in here and only included taxa there talked about in papers referenced in Mors. Once other lit comes out it should be easier to define what is in which collection.
