When: Rancholabrean mammal zone, Late/Upper Pleistocene (0.1 - 0.0 Ma)

• Quaternary alluvium unconformably overlying the Peace River Formation

Environment/lithology: terrestrial; unlithified, sandy, conglomeratic siliciclastic sediments

• a 1.4-m-thick, 7-m-wide sequence of alternating layers of gravel and sand unconformably resting on the Peace River Formation

Size classes: macrofossils, mesofossils

Preservation: original phosphate

Collected by A. Kerner et al. in 2000-2007; reposited in the FLMNH
