Environment/lithology: coastal; lithified, sandy siltstone

• The Zlatník formation is composed of fine-grained to slightly sandy siltstones and limestones. These shallow marine deposits with fine terrigenous admixture sometimes bear abundant plant remains. The organodetritic admixture mostly consists of fragmented bivalve, brachiopod, or echinoid shells, which can sometimes be observed.
