When: Cordylodus proavus trilobite zone, Lampazar Formation, Furongian (497.0 - 485.4 Ma)

• This often is considered Tremadoc, but it is Latest Cambrian. The Parabolina (Neoparabolina) frequens argentina trilobite zone spans the boundary, but the conodont zone is restricted to the latest Cambrian

• group of beds-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: lithified, black shale and calcareous siltstone

• Coquinite layer
