• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From the Santa Marta Fm, which regionally overlies the Hidden Lake Fm (Coniacian), and is overlain by the López de Bertodano Fm (Campanian-Maastrichtian). AGE: Campanian, on the basis of ammonite biostratigraphy. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From unknown part of the local section.

• ENVIRONMENT: Shallow siliciclastic marine setting.
