• Conodont analyses were negative. Therefore, the exact age of the Strelovec Formation is unclear. Based on the stratigraphic position above the Lower Anisian carbonates and below the Upper Anisian Contrin Formation, it could be of the Middle Anisian, probably Pelsonian age.
