Environment/lithology: open shallow subtidal; sandstone and yellow claystone

• sandstone layers interbedded with yellowish clay. Sandstone beds show horizontal

•lamination and small-scale trough cross-lamination. Mollusks and spatangoid echinoids are present, although poorly preserved, together with common vegetal remains and abundant foraminifers.
