Environment/lithology: perireef or subreef; limestone

• intertidal, or shallow sublittoral, marine grass and open sandy habitats
• facies 7: Polynices-Fragum facies; 10-15 cm thick hard, well-cemented calcarenite, with coral fragments, Halimeda segments and Marginopora, molluscs are common and well preserved

Size class: macrofossils

Collected in 1969; reposited in the BMNH

• June-September 1969, small additional quantity in 1973 m, altogether 300 specimens found in Aldabra Limestone
