AGE: Otaian-Hutchinsonian in text of Gage (1957), but largely Otaian and latest Waitakian in Table 3; late Waitakian-Otaian = Aquitanian; hereby assigned to the Otaian age in ensure collection is not orphaned. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From phosphatic zone.
