• "The Upper Member consists of fluvial channel and overbank facies with channels often filled by fine- to medium-grained white sand and gray to reddish muds and silts. One fossiliferous facies is composed of thick tabular units of buff to reddish massive sands. Deeply weathered metamorphic pebbles and cobbles are common" (5789)
