Stratigraphy comments: said to be late Irvingtonian, Middle Pleistocene, below the 190 ka Sheep Creek tephra, and in a normally reversed section and therefore younger than 780 ka
"A 15 m thick section" with fossils "from the lowest of four strata at Eddas Bench, Organic 1" which is "approximately 3.5 m thick before melting of included ice"
