Environment/lithology: lagoonal or restricted shallow subtidal; tuffaceous, gray, yellow lime mudstone and quartzose sandstone

• These rocks are composed mostly of yellowish grey, reddish, or less often lilac-brown silicified tuffs and tuffites, and variously grained polymictic and quartzous sandstones alternating with interbeds of gritstones and limestones.
