Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; lithified, gray floatstone

• Underlying the Trentinaria Formation
• 50 m thick succession. It is marked by well stratified dark grey limestone , partly dolomitized, with emersion surfaces. The depositional environment is referred to shallow subtidal facies with mud-supported texture bearing radiolitds and scattered requienids.
