Environment/lithology: coarse channel fill; pebbly sandstone and medium-grained, coarse sandstone

• "thick conglomeratic and coarse-grained fluvial sandstone sequence...The main facies consists of large scale trough-cross-bedded pebbly sandstone at the lower part of Unit D. Horizontal and low-angle bedded sandstones are scarce. In the upper part of this unit, the lithofacies changes to medium- and coarse-grained trough and planar-cross-bedded sandstones, and the occurrence of horizontal stratification in which the Tetrapod footprints were found increases."
