When: Feliz Deserto Formation, Berriasian to Berriasian (145.0 - 132.9 Ma)

Environment/lithology: lacustrine deltaic; poorly lithified sandstone and lithified siltstone

• Its lithology basically encompasses layers of fine sandstones 30-50 cm high intercalated with fine siltstones no more than 10 cm thick. Three siltstone levels are each overlain by bone beds with many ganoid fish scales and other fragmentary bone remains.
