• The Azollopsis pusilla specimen was named specimen number S357 in the slide information area, but S351 in the locality description area. The locality description matched that of S351, so I have put it in the S351 collection. The specimens figured in the paper have slide and collection number information. They also have more detailed locality information. Azollopsis intermedia: AS-S351-C-3-1, GSC 30862. Azollopsis pusilla: AS-S351-S-0-14, GSC 30881.
