Environment/lithology: marine; tuff and volcaniclastic sandstone

• volcanic rocks with minor intercalated sediments. The basal volcanic unit, overlying sandstone and siltstone is a volcanic breccia (tuffs). Fossils come from a volcanogenic sandstone intercalation above the dated volcanic unit.
