Where: Austria (47.0° N, 13.0° E: paleocoordinates 19.6° S, 20.2° E)

• coordinate estimated from map

• outcrop-level geographic resolution

When: Hastarian (360.7 - 353.8 Ma)

• duplicata Zone [JA: originally entered as Tournaisian, but Hastarian based on zonal assignment; see Somerville 2008]

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: marine; gray lime mudstone

• Overall sequence described as pelagic cephalopod limestone. "18 cm thick limestone bed...Greyish micritic limestone...indistinctly pinkish colored. Thin sections reveal tiny goniatite shells as the main biotic constituent of the rock."
