DESCRIPTION

Almost every piece of data stored in the Paleobiology Database has an associated bibliographic reference, indicating the source from which it was originally entered. The URL paths described here provide access to these references.

Single bibliographic reference

This operation returns information about a single bibliographic reference, selected by its identifier For example:

This operation returns information about lists of bibliographic references, selected according to the parameters you provide For example:

References for fossil occurrences

This operation returns information about the references from which the selected occurrence data were entered. For example:

This operation returns information about the references from which the selected occurrence data were entered. For example:

This operation returns information about the references from which the selected collections were entered. For example:
