• "Abundant, disarticulated brachiopods and othe rfaunal groups indicative of turbulent environment. Structural-textural properties of rocks...of probably lower littoral zone type are also in accord with this conclusion. Occurs above the BA 3, rougher wather Penamerus gothlandicus Comm. It is ovelain by dolomites and dolomitic marls of theUstje subsuite [Eurypterus comm.]...BA assignment between 1 and 3 is reasonable, but the nature of the overall fuana is most consistent with BA 3, with normal turbulence."
