Orobates pabsti
Taxonomy
Orobates pabsti was named by Berman et al. (2004). Its type specimen is MNG 10181, a skeleton (complete and articulated), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bromacker Quarry (upper level of Tambach sandstone), which is in an Artinskian fluvial-lacustrine sandstone in the Tambach Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Orobates.
