Stenoscisma humbletonensis
Taxonomy
Terebratula humbletonensis was named by Howse (1848). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Humbleton Hill, Durham (Howse coll), which is in a Wuchiapingian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Ford Formation of the United Kingdom.
It was synonymized subjectively with Camarophoria multiplicata by King (1850); it was recombined as Camarophoria humbletonensis by Howse (1857), Davidson (1858) and Reed (1944); it was synonymized subjectively with Camarophoria schlotheimi by Geinitz (1861); it was recombined as Camerophoria humbletonensis by Waagen (1883); it was recombined as Stenoscisma humbletonensis by Kiessling (2009).
