Tompophiceras extremum

Taxonomy
Glyptophiceras extremum was named by Spath (1935). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cape Stosch, river 10, locality 691, which is in a Griesbachian marine siliciclastic in the Wordie Creek Formation of Greenland.

It was recombined as Tompoites extremum by Ermakova (1977); it was recombined as Tompophiceras extremum by Tozer (1969), Bychkov et al. (1976) and Tozer (1994).
