It was recombined as Neochonetes plicatiformis by Yang et al. (1977); it was recombined as Ussurichonetes plicatiformis by Licharew and Kotlyar (1978); it was recombined as Mesolobus plicatiformis by Liang (1990); it was recombined as Tenuichonetes plicatiformis by Jin and Hu (1978), Wang et al. (1982) and Shen et al. (2017).
