Prosiphonella amplectens
Taxonomy
Prosiphonella amplectens was named by Dieci et al. (1968). It is not extant. Its type locality is Rumerlo, which is in a Carnian perireef or subreef marl/limestone in the Cassian Formation of Italy. It is the type species of Prosiphonella.
