Taxonomy
Pleuronodoceras hubeiense was named by Xu (1977). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Luozhentian, Dalong Fm, Enshi County, which is in a Changhsingian deep-water siliciclastic in the Dalong Formation of China.
