Villania latispira

Cephalopoda - Ammonitida - Phricodoceratidae

Taxonomy
Omoderoceras latispira was named by Venturi et al. (2005). Its type specimen is USP Fu1E01 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fu1, Furlo Pass (Grilli Quarry), which is in a Jamesoni slope floatstone in Italy.

It was recombined as Villania latispira by Howarth (2013).
