Choristopterella stenocera
Taxonomy
Anomopterella stenocera was named by Rasnitsyn (1975). Its type specimen is PIN 2384/1078, an exoskeleton (body very poorly preserved, sex unkown), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2384), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Choristopterella.
It was recombined as Choristopterella stenocera by Li et al. (2013) and Li et al. (2018).
