Wopfingites krystyni
Taxonomy
Wopfingites krystyni was named by Wiedmann (1970). Its type specimen is PIW 2032a, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mühltals, north of Wopfing, which is in a Sevatian carbonate limestone in the Halstatt Formation of Austria. It is the type species of Wopfingites.
