Taxonomy
Keratodellitha basilisci was named by Jouault et al. (2021). Its type specimen is NIGP174738, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Keratodellitha.
