Taxonomy
Mesoblattina libanensis was named by Káčerová and Azar (2022). Its type specimen is LU INS-26367/1, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Qahmez, Casa Kesserouan, which is in a Barremian terrestrial shale in Lebanon.
