Katastrophomena mackenzii
Taxonomy
Katastrophomena mackenzii was named by Jin and Harper (2024) [= 1977 Katastrophomena sp Lenz p. 1538, pl. 7, figs. 1–6.
= 1997 Katastrophomena cf. K. woodlandensis; Jin and Chatterton, p. 28, pl. 18, figs. 7–13.]. Its type specimen is GSC 131868 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is S-2. Uppermost stream of Redstone River. Mackenzie Mountains, which is in a Hirnantian carbonate limestone in the Whittaker Formation of Canada.
