Gosseletina nodosa was named by Hoare et al. (1997). It is not extant.
It was synonymized subjectively with Glabrocingulum grayvillense by Mazaev (2021); it was synonymized subjectively with Glabrocingulum (Glabrocingulum) beedei by Karapunar and Nützel (2022); it was recombined as Globodoma nodosa by Wagner (2023).
