Where: Antarctica (66.0° S, 60.6° W: paleocoordinates 56.3° S, 32.6° W)
• coordinate stated in text
• small collection-level geographic resolution
When: Novocin Member (Hauberg Mountains Formation), Kimmeridgian to Kimmeridgian (157.3 - 145.0 Ma)
• "early Tithonian" is used in a local, Antarctic sense. It refers to the perisphinctid-dominated ammonite fauna which occurs in the lower levels of the extensive Himalia Ridge Formation, Fossil Bluff Group, Alexander Island. PJW: This should be the Novocin member of the Hauberg Mountains formation now, within the Latady Group.
• bed-level stratigraphic resolution
