• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From Guchuochun Fm, which overlies the Tithonian Upper Shuomo Fm. THICKNESS: From bed within 700 m thick exposure of Guchuochun Fm. AGE: Berriasian. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From lower part of Guchuochun Fm, several hundred m above PBDB# 64873.

Environment/lithology: deep-water; poorly lithified shale

• ENVIRONMENT: Offshore, deeper water, possibly continental slope.
