• ranges from a typical gray limestone through into conglomeratic rocks or even silty, impure limestones; well-bedded towards the base, massive at higher horizons, in general, a coarse calcarenite made up essentially of comminuted bioclastic debris, mainly corals, stromatoporoids, and to a lesser degree, algae; in the boola quarry, the rock approaches more a calcilutite
