Environment/lithology: marine; gray siltstone and gray limestone

• Shale, silty, gray, thin-bedded to nodular; a thin 0.4-ft bed of limestone is about 2.7 ft from base; limestone is medium hard, gray, weathers blocky; contains stromatolites and fossil fragments. Another thin platy limestone is in middle part, contains pelecypods.
