When: Haslam Formation, Late/Upper Santonian (85.8 - 83.5 Ma)

• Although no examples of the ammonites Eubostrychoceras or Glyptoxoceras have been found at this locality, the presence of the ammonite Eupachydiscus haradai usheri, as well as 'sphenoceramid' bivalves similar to S. elegans, suggests that the quarry represents the transition from the underlying Eupachydiscus haradai Subzone of the Eubostrychoceras elongatum Zone to the basal beds of the S. schmidti Zone of Jeletzky (1970).
