• Formation as a whole: "215 m thick, mainly quartzites and shales, accessory components being oolitic iron ores, phosphoritic intraformational conglomerates, microconglomerates, impure sandstones and arenaceous shelly limestones.."

•This member: "...partly impure and ferruginous quartzite beds with phosphorite pebbles...carbonatic arenaceous iron ores locally at the top..."
