Environment/lithology: offshore; poorly lithified, bioturbated, glauconitic, sideritic, calcareous sandstone

• formation is "an open-marine, shelfal environment"
• LITHOLOGY: bed is glauconitic sandstone with calcareous and sideritic concretions including the fossils. LITHIFICATION: Poorly lithified, based on figured specimen.
