• Numayri Member includes a variety of marginal-marine environments including open and restricted marine areas, shoals, lagoons, sabkhas. The Numayri Member yields various macrofossils including trilobites, brachiopods and hyolithids, but also trace fossils
• limestones, dolostones, minor siliciclastics
