• outcrop-level geographic resolution

When: Westphalian A (318.7 - 316.9 Ma)

• Assumed to be early Westphalian A, the typical age of arthropod-bearing coal beds in later papers

Environment/lithology: interdistributary bay; lithified, nodular, sideritic mudstone

• Lithology the same as Mazon Creek, so I have assumed a similar environment

Size class: macrofossils

Preservation: mold/impression
