AGE: Langhian, on the basis of macrofaunal composition; direct age established by extrapolation of Sr-isotope dating by enterer. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From upper member of Castilletes Fm; approximately 330 m above Jimol/Castilletes contact.
