When: Tak Fa Formation, Wordian (266.9 - 264.3 Ma)
• Yanagida (1964, 1988) reported the presence of the fusulinid Verbeekina verbeeki. However, Fontaine et al. (1994) suggested that the Tak Fa formation has a late Middle Permian (Murghabian) age based on bryozoans, brachiopods and the coral fauna. Verbeekina verbeeki Suggests a Wordian age.
