• exposed only on the western ridge of the butte, unlike Orellan localities
"Upper White River" of Douglass = Arikaree Fm.: Hoganson et al. 1998; not clear from this reference if earlier records might be from the Brule instead because these records are not discussed; however, lumping of old and new records seems OK because new ones are said to be either Whitneyan or early Arikareean
