When: Lugu Formation, Kungurian to Kungurian (279.3 - 268.8 Ma)
• Upper part of Lugu Formation. The late Kungurian/early Guadalupian age suggested by the brachiopod fauna is supported by the associated fusulines in this formation at the nearby Duoma A and Mari sections (Zhanget al., 2012b, 2014), which may be slightly older than the Anmu succession judging from the field observation. The fusulinesfrom this formation at DMA consist of seven species belonging to six genera (Nankinella, Sphaerulina, Neofusulinella, Pseudofusulina, Chusenella, and Cancellina), which are very likely late Kungurian in age in terms of the presence of Cancellina.
