• Specimens GMPKU-P-3086 and P-3101 were excavated from Bed 633 (Fig. 2), whereas
•specimen GMPKU-P-3188 is from Bed 617. C. brevifemoralis specimens come from beds 621–638 (about 248.53–248.34 Ma), that were previously dated using astrochronology (Fu et al., 2016).
